Privacy Policy

Influship is operated by INF Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. When this policy says “Influship,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means INF Labs, Inc.

The data we collect depends on which part of Influship you interact with.

Account and billing data (platform users)

When you sign up for the Influship platform, we collect your name, email address, and company name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment method on our behalf. We receive your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and the last four digits of your card — we never see or store full card numbers.

Search and usage data (platform and connected-app users)

We log the searches you run through the platform or a connected Influship app, including the queries, tool actions, timestamps, result counts, and technical request metadata. This lets us return the requested results, improve search quality, and detect abuse. We do not ask you to upload creator lists, campaign data, or other bulk datasets.

Account-linking data (ChatGPT and connected AI assistants)

When you connect Influship to ChatGPT or another supported AI assistant, we process your Influship account identifier, email address, authorization grant, access and refresh tokens, and the Influship searches or creator records requested through the connected app. We use the authorization data only to authenticate you, enforce your account permissions and usage limits, and return the results you request. You can revoke the connection from your Influship account or the connected service.

Creator data (extension and platform)

The Influship Chrome Extension and our data providers collect publicly visible creator information from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. This can include handles, bios, profile links, follower and engagement metrics, public posts and post-performance data, audience summaries, social links, and contact details that creators publish in their bios. We may use automated systems to generate or infer creator summaries, content themes, likely audience characteristics, and campaign relevance from that public information. These analyses can be incomplete or inaccurate and are identified as generated or inferred where they are displayed. The data feeds the Influship creator index, which powers the extension, platform, and connected Influship apps. See the extension privacy policy for full detail on what is read and transmitted.

Website visitor data

When you visit influship.com, we collect standard web analytics data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, time on site, referring URLs, and cookie identifiers. This data is collected through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

• To provide the service. Account data lets you log in and manage your subscription. Search data powers the results you see. Connected-app data lets us authenticate requests and return creator results inside supported AI assistants. Creator data is the product itself.
• To bill you. Stripe handles payment processing. We use your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription lifecycle, apply trials, and generate invoices.
• To improve the product. We analyze usage patterns — which searches return useful results, which features get used, where people drop off — to make Influship better.
• To communicate with you. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service updates) are sent as needed. If you opt in, we may send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To measure marketing. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help us understand which channels drive signups so we can allocate budget effectively.
• To prevent abuse. IP addresses, rate-limit counters, and usage patterns help us detect scraping, credential stuffing, and other misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe acts as our payment processor and is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Google — analytics (Google Analytics) and YouTube Data API lookups for the extension.
• Meta — advertising attribution via Meta Pixel on the marketing site.
• OpenAI and other connected AI services — when you invoke an Influship connected app, the service sends us your request and receives the requested Influship result. The connected service may process the conversation, request, and response under its own terms and privacy policy. For ChatGPT, see OpenAI’s Privacy Policy. Influship does not send private creator contact details through the ChatGPT app.
• Infrastructure providers — our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.

We may also disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Influship, our users, or the public.

We use cookies for three purposes:

• Essential cookies — session management and authentication on the platform. These are necessary for the service to function.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic and usage patterns on influship.com.
• Advertising cookies — Meta Pixel sets cookies for conversion tracking and ad optimization on influship.com.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from using the platform. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your use of the product.

• Account data — retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, so we can process any final invoices and handle support requests.
• Search logs — retained for 12 months, then aggregated or deleted.
• Connected-app authorization data — retained while the connection is active and deleted or invalidated after you revoke access or delete your Influship account, subject to short operational backup periods.
• Creator data — retained indefinitely as part of the Influship creator index. This is the core product dataset.
• Web analytics data — governed by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel retention settings, currently set to 14 months.
• Server access logs — retained for 30 days, then deleted.

All data in transit is encrypted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher). Data at rest is stored on infrastructure we control with encrypted volumes and access restricted to Influship engineers. Payment data never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe.

No system is completely immune to risk. If we discover a breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.

You can:

• Access your data — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct your data — update inaccurate information from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Delete your account — email us and we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
• Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe via the link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
• Withdraw extension consent — toggle data sharing off in the extension popup at any time.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA respectively. To exercise any right, email privacy@influship.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Influship is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before they take effect.
